Product Description

This mild sulphate free shampoo is ideal for people with dry and sensitive scalps and damaged normal to thick weight of hair. This is a 95.47% natural product that combines excellent cleansing action and usability without irritating your scalp. We have carefully combined together the best performing natural, with the mildest synthetic detergents to develop a formula that removes dirt and oil without stripping hair and skin of the natural properties required to function properly. In addition to formulating this mild cleansing action, we have added Wheat Protein to strengthen, condition and repair damaged hair. This ingredient is particularly useful as it provides a coating on hair that locks in moisture, stopping hair from drying out.

The other elements of the shampoo provide protection, nourishment and general healing for the scalp. Extracts of Fennel, Melissa, Hops, Chamomile and Yarrow are blended together to form an effective anti-irritating and anti-inflammatory element that further encourages scalp re-hydration and aids the management of dry skin complaints such as eczema. Together these soothe the scalp and help reduce overall sensitivity. Boswellia or Frankincense, an ingredient used in traditional Indian medicine, is also used here for its soothing and anti-inflammatory properties whilst Neem extract, also well known in traditional Indian medicine, is used for its general healing qualities and its association with helping eczema and various forms of dermatitis.

Finally, a mixture of Chamomile Roman Oil and Lavender Bulgarian Oil are used to protect and condition the scalp as well as providing an individual natural fragrance that you’ll love. Chamomile Roman Oil is, amongst other things, anti-inflammatory and anti-allergic and is particularly useful for its ability to help heal and soothe dry, sensitive and inflamed skin from a number of conditions including acne and eczema. Lavender is a powerful antiseptic, anti-bacterial and antifungal that also helps regulate the balance of oils in the skin.
